I had the pleasure of working with Joe at SIG when he delivered my management development course and being a little apprehensive at first, Joe’s commitment and enthusiasm for the learnings came through and I was instantly at ease.
I often think back to those days of learning and putting into action ways to deal with difficult situations or unknown territory and think, what would Joe have advised me to do here? What did I learn from Joe to apply in this situation? How can I learn from this situation to make me a better manager, employee or even person!
Joe’s inspiring nature is infectious and his ability to make you think outside of the box, outside of your comfort zone and outside of your capabilities to push yourself is second to none. I would definitely recommend Joe for his thought leadership, training ability and commitment to any cause…his learnings and the way he delivered them will stick with me for life!
