My desire to learn has been rekindled. I’ve been taken out of my comfort zone and have learnt how to communicate better with my team and now delegate rather than doing it all myself. I found the SWOT analysis on the business to be of particular benefit as it highlighted areas to work on that I’d never even considered.
All in all I have profited greatly from attending the course and tangible benefits both for myself and the company have been gained.
