Joe McNicholas – An Inspiration
I was fortunate enough to meet Joe on a Management Development Course in December 2014, and again whilst on another Development Course in 2016, where Joe was my mentor.
What I found was that, I was totally engaged for the duration, as Joe’s training sessions were not only interesting and thought provoking, but his genuine interest in my development, was also very motivating.
Since the courses, I feel I have progressed as a Manager, a Leader, a Coach and a Person, and as a result of this, so have my direct reports, along with the performance of my department.
Joe’s training methods and supportive nature have aided my progression both professionally and personally, and I now have a more comprehensive set of tools in my tool kit!
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending JAMES Development, as from my experience, the training given will be straight out of the top drawer.
