Experiential

Summary – A 3 day, experiential learning event that provides a supportive, challenging and open environment to allow every participant to learn what they specifically need to develop themselves, their team and the business.

The event creates opportunities for the safe application of learnings which is crucial to retention and ultimately, application back at work.

Working with your business prior to the event to determine the specific learning outcomes required, ensures an event aligned to your current business priorities and when coupled with a business improvement project for your team, creates an increased return on investment.

Venue – Although the event can be delivered at your premises (subject to suitable facilities), we would recommend delivering at a local conference venue as this helps participants to think more clearly without being interrupted by day to day work concerns.

Modular

As ‘Experiential’ (above) although delivered in 3, separate 1 day events.

Blended

Summary – Where releasing people for off-site events doesn’t align with the current business priorities, this 12 month blended learning option is an ideal solution to fill the developmental gap.

Blending activity workbooks, webinars and one to one coaching and support, the programme offers the flexibility required for your business and your team.

 

The format:

  • Activity workbooks (not text books),
  • Workbook assessment and feedback
  • Webinars (x8),
  • One to one web/telephone coaching (x4),
  • Moodle LMS access (24 months).
  • Email and telephone support.

Rather than overloading the participant with too many models to implement and understand, the programme focuses on a smaller number of specific models and principles that, in our experience have proven to have the most positive impact.
